Frittata's - Here's to a Healthy, Satisfying Morning!

Breakfast is often referred to as the most important meal of the day, right? You can hit the drive through or coffee shop and get a high fat, carb-loaded treat or you can think ahead and have healthy options at your fingertips. To make weekday mornings really simple, I like to make a big pan of frittata on Sunday and then can wake up to a satisfying breakfast every morning.
